Important time limits

Employment matters can involve very short legal time limits. Contacting Cofacil does not suspend or extend any deadline. If you are facing a tribunal deadline, statutory grievance time limit, or any other important date, please tell us immediately when you make contact.

We do not imply specialist employment-law authorisation. Where specialist or contentious employment advice is required, we will recommend referral to an employment solicitor.

For employers and business owners

We also support small employers with the operational and documentary aspects of managing staff and contractors. This includes staff onboarding, policy acknowledgements, training records, process administration and preparation for specialist advice.

Discuss your workplace problem

Whether you are an employee facing unfair treatment or an employer managing a difficult situation, we can help you understand the position and plan the next step.
